Access to the Genome Compiler designer website will be disabled by the end of 2020 due to Adobe Flash end-of-life. Users will still be able to download, install and use the Genome Compiler client application to access the Genome Compiler server, which as this time is not planned for shutdown. I am excited to use Genome Compiler's combinatorial tools to plan my library assembly. I find the software very easy and intuitive to use for carrying out DNA manipulations. I especially like working with the amino acid mutation tool, and the new restriction sites dialogue to save and organize my restriction site groups.
